After overcoming a period of my life suffering with addictions and depression, I developed a commitment to sharing my personal journey with others who are on a path of personal development and healing.

I’ve worked professionally with psilocybin mushroom for a number of years – from guided group experiences to individual guided sessions to micro-dosing programs – helping hundreds of people to reconnect to their true nature. By guiding and supporting others, I have developed my own skills as a trusted guide and coach.

My extensive experience in this field has guided the creation of our leading, best practises and protocols, designed to provide our guests with the ultimate safe and supportive space for their experience.

At re*union I structure and deliver our unique experiences, working as the Experience and Best Practise lead, and I also support our integrated coaching programme as a coach.

I’ve worked throughout my professional career on brand strategy – which I see as defining purpose led transformation for both businesses and individuals. I’ve also been involved for many years in coaching and mentoring at all levels focussing on how professional and personal development work together, rather than separately. I’m a unique blend of business/life coach and business/life strategist.

My current work in plant medicine came about through my exploration of how plants and psychedelics could support my own growth and development. The profound effects that I experienced, and continue to experience, convinced me of the power of plant medicine as a holistic tool for supporting personal change on many levels and bringing about a reunion with our true purpose, nature and intuition.

My work centres on the development of our integrative coaching programmes, ensuring that the pre- and post-experience phases support the experience itself to deliver lasting and compelling change.

After many years practising legal-corporate finance in London, I moved into functional medicine, nutrition, health and integrative coaching via business and performance coaching. My passion and expertise now lies in the integration of the expanded mind and heart within a strong healthy physical body in a way that is sustainable in day to day life. My years in the city, work as an advisor, coach and being a hands on mother to 4 children has gifted me the opportunity time and again to observe and work with the limitations and fears we all experience in body and/or mind whether arising from upbringing, programing, disease, societal pressures or, often, a combination of each of these – and at every age. My desire and privilege is to work with you to identify, embrace and transcend these fears and limitations.

My experience with plant medicine, especially psilocybin mushroom, has demonstrated time over time the profound and lasting benefits and impact that the intentional, supported and integrative use of these medicines can bring on so many levels.

My role is to help prepare you for your experience, to support you through the process and then to work alongside you as you integrate what many of us have experienced as, quite simply, life changing.

After working for many years aboard luxury yachts as a chef, my natural curiosity and passion for food led me to study a wide range of different holistic nutritional approaches including raw vegan and detox diets with naturopath Dr. Amy Rachelle, vegan and vegetarian cooking for a world leading School of Consciousness based in Mallorca, Ayurveda nutritional principles and traditional Chinese Medicine. From this learning I developed my own approach to preparing and using food to optimise the mind, body and heart and support people healing from chronic illnesses, hormonal imbalances, anxiety and other pathologies.

After experiencing first hand a number of plant medicine ceremonies, I was introduced to the power of consciousness expansion as a healing tool. I have been working professionally with psilocybin plant medicine since 2021 and it has been a very fulfilling journey of personal growth, healing and laughter. Alongside my work as a chef, I also help facilitate many aspects of the retreat including intentions and integration.

I am a strong believer that our daily food is a powerful nutritional medicine; nurturing others with amazing natural, local, gut friendly and healthy food is my passion and purpose. I am honored to be your holistic chef and facilitator at re*union.
